　　在 Windows PowerShell 中，運行 slmgr.vbs –ipk。然后運行 slmgr.vbs –ato。如果激活成功，則不會返回消息。

　　你還可以通過電話、使用密鑰管理服務 (KMS) 服務器或者遠程激活服務器。若要從運行 Windows Vista、Windows 7、Windows Server 20xx、Windows Server 20xx R2、Windows 8 或 Windows Server 20xx 的計算機遠程激活，請使用 Windows PowerShell 來運行 cscript windowssystem32slmgr.vbs :-ato。

如何激活Windows Server 20122

　　1)在VMware虛擬機安裝Windows Server 20xx

　　(cn_windows_server_standard_enterprise_and_datacenter_with_sp2_x86_dvd_x15-41045.iso)

　　(注：32位VMware不能安裝64位版的Win20xx，64位VMware可安裝32位和64位版的'Win20xx)

　　2)解壓壓縮包，將其中的DELL.ROM文件拷貝到VMware虛擬機win20xx安裝路徑中，同vmx文件路徑

　　3)修改Windows Server 20xx虛擬機的vmx配置文件，添加一行：bios440.filename =”DELL.ROM”

　　4)將包中DELL.XRM-MS文件拷貝到Win20xx虛擬機中C盤根目錄中

　　5)重啟Win20xx，添加許可證文件：以Administrator登錄，在命令行窗口運行，slmgr.vbs -ilc C:DELL.XRM-MS

　　4)打開”控制面板->系統(tǒng)”，更改CDKEY，輸入

　　Windows Server 20xx CDKEY:

　　DELL OEM 223PV-8KCX6-F9KJX-3W2R7-BB2FH
