　　因為某事而責備某人。如：

　　2 . blame sth on sb 把某事的責任歸咎于某人。如：

　　The driver blamed the accident on the cyclist. 司機把事故的責任歸咎于騎自行車的人。

　　注：以上兩類結構有時可互換，注意詞序不同。如：
