“英語嘉年華”，看到這個詞語，大家一定多少有點奇怪吧，其實，英語嘉年華是我們學校組織的一次英語活動，好像“英語角”。在這個活動中，有好玩的游戲，好吃的食品，還有可能得到精美的小禮品。參加這個活動，要讀一段英語短文才能進入活動現場，并且在整個活動中必須說英語。
當我和同伴們費了九牛二虎之力讀完一篇英語短文，才得以進入中西結合餐廳，本以為可以安心享用美食了，卻因為餐廳菜譜上的單詞不會說，說了幾句漢語，被“服務員”下了“逐客令”，離開餐廳時，有人陰陽怪氣的說：“我們是中國人，難道還不讓說中國話？”話雖這樣說，我們也只能看不能吃，戀戀不舍地離開了餐廳�？磥碚娴囊黾釉~匯量了呀！
如果說我印象最深刻的是中西結合餐廳，那么最有趣的就是猜謎語了。
謎語的短文倒是很簡單，可是當我們開始猜謎語時都傻了眼，上面的單詞、句子很多都不認識，翻來覆去，找了一張我大部分能翻譯出來的，可誰知其中最重要的單詞不會翻譯，只能再選一個了。這次，我一個個認真地選，哇！終于看到了一個我會的―――Ｔhis is a animal，has a big and black glass。（這是一只動物，戴一付大大的黑黑的眼鏡）。我的腦海里一下出現了大熊貓那憨態(tài)可掬的神態(tài)―――ｐａｎｄａ。我猜對了，獲得一枚小印章，可以換取小禮物了呢。
這次的`“英語嘉年華”活動讓我們學會了有自信地開口說英語，讓我們在歡樂中學習，我愛“英語嘉年華”。
