　　今天是寒假第一天，我們北海小學(xué)209班的同學(xué)們滿腔熱情，自帶了抹布等勞動工具，向北海社區(qū)敬老院前進(jìn)。我們排著整齊的隊伍在敬老院門口聽好了工作的安排，我們開始進(jìn)行勞動。有的擦窗，有的拖地，有的打掃院子，老人們對我們的到來表示了極大的歡迎。

　　Today is the first day of winter vacation.The students of class 209 of Beihai primary school are full of enthusiasm and bring their own rags and other labor tools to the Beihai community nursing home. We lined up at the gate of the nursing home and listened to the work arrangement. We began to work. Some clean the windows，some mop the floor，some clean the yard. The old people have expressed great welcome to our coming.

　　活動結(jié)束，院長讓特別精神的老人給我們班發(fā)放了錦旗，表揚我們北海小學(xué)209的孩子們是敬老愛老的好學(xué)生。感謝我們一年多來對她們的關(guān)心。

　　At the end of the activity，the dean asked the elderly with special spirit to give our class a golden banner and praised the 209 children of Beihai primary school for their respect and love for the old. Thank you for our concern for them for more than a year.
