旅游投訴英文用語

　　一、餐廳投訴用語：

　　1、上菜慢的`時(shí)候：

　　(1)We're running late. Do you know how soon we'll be able to get our food?

　　我們快遲到了。能告訴我們多快能拿到我們的食物嗎?

　　(2)Is there any way that the chef could speed up our orders?

　　有什么辦法可以讓廚師先做我們的訂單嗎?

　　(3)I am so sorry to bother you, but we have somewhere to be. Could you check our orders?

　　很抱歉打擾你，但我們之后還有行程安排，可以幫我們查一下訂單嗎?

　　(4)I am afraid there is something wrong. We have been kept waiting nearly an hour for our meal.

　　我想這有問題，我們?cè)谶@兒等用餐等了快一個(gè)小時(shí)了。

　　2、下錯(cuò)單或上錯(cuò)菜的時(shí)候：

　　(1)I'm sorry, but this isn't what I ordered不好意思，這似乎不是我點(diǎn)的菜。

　　(2)Hi, is this the dish I ordered?你好，這是我點(diǎn)的那道菜嗎?

　　(3)I'm sorry to bother you, but I wanted a baked potato, not fries.

　　(4)Excuse me, this steak is over done. I ordered medium rare.

　　3、菜品不好吃

　　(1)Sorry, but the soup is too salty.不好意思，但是這個(gè)湯太咸了。

　　(2)I'm sorry to say this but your food is inedible. 我真不好意思這么說，不過你們的菜簡直沒法吃。

　　(3)I asked for well done, but my steak is barely cooked.我要的全熟，但我的牛排幾乎是生的。

　　(4)Excuse me, but my food is cold. Could you warm it up for me?

　　不好意思，我的食物是冷的，你能把它加熱一下嗎?

　　二、酒店投訴用語：

　　(1)Could you check the bill for me, please? It doesn't seem right.麻煩再幫我看看賬單，好像不太對(duì)。

　　(2)I think you may have made a mistake with the bill.我想這個(gè)賬單你可以搞錯(cuò)了。

　　(3)There seem to be no slippers in the room.房間里似乎沒有拖鞋。

　　(4)There appears to be a problem with the kettle.茶壺看起來像是有問題。

　　(5)Can you change a room for me? It is too noisy.你能給我換個(gè)房間嗎?太吵了。

　　(6)The hot water doesn't appear to be working.熱水看來像是不能用。

　　(7)Can I speak to your manager?我能找你們經(jīng)理說說嗎?

　　(8)It is 8 p.m. already. I haven’t received my laundry.已經(jīng)8點(diǎn)了，我還沒收到我洗的衣服。

　　(9)I am afraid the heating system doesn’t work. I feel rather cold when I sleep.

　　我想供暖系統(tǒng)有問題，我睡覺的時(shí)候覺得特別冷。

　　我們出去旅游開心最重要，有些時(shí)候如果問題不是很大也不必太較真，我們?cè)谕对V的時(shí)候要保留一份耐心，這樣雙方溝通解決問題的效率才能更快，方便了自己也方便了他人。
